The 2023-2024 Indigenous Medical Students' Association of Canada (IMSAC) Leadership Circle elections are now open. If you're passionate, have a vision for IMSAC and want to be involved, we'd love to have you join the Leadership Circle! 

 

Elections are currently being held for the following Leadership Circle positions: 

1. Co-Chairs (2) (East and West)

2. Director of Finance

3. Director of Community Engagement

4. Director of Communications

5. Director of Advocacy and Representation

6. Director of Student Affairs and Wellness

7. Regional Directors (4) (Western, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic)

 

The successful candidates will be elected to their positions for a one-year term from May 31, 2023 to April 30, 2024. For more details on these positions, a full breakdown of the responsibilities of each position can be seen here.

 

 HOW TO APPLY 

 

1. Please fill out the following self-nomination form here. If you're interested in applying for more than one position, please fill out the form for each position you're interested in.

2. Each self-nomination must include a video 2 minutes in length emailed to info@imsac.ca introducing yourself and why you are applying for that Leadership Circle specific position.

 

Deadline to apply is May 6, 2023 at 11:59pm CT.   

 

Voting will take place on May 7th & 8th and the results will be announced by May 10th.
